Dining at Eleve Restaurant
This will be a memorable dining experience at this hotel’s rooftop restaurant serving delicious French fare with a Lowcountry twist. This elegant, yet casual restaurant offers stunning views of Charleston, and is the perfect introduction to your Charleston culinary getaway.
Day 2 – Charleston Food Tour and Savory Tastings
This Charleston culinary tour will immerse you into the history and culture of the Lowcountry. During this 2-1/2 hour tour discover how the unique cuisine has evolved over the 300+ years while sampling delicious specialties from local eateries, markets, bakeries, restaurants and other culinary landmarks. This experience will give you a delicious well-rounded sampling of this famous regional cuisine.

Explore exciting downtown Charleston. The guests services staff can give you recommendations on top eateries and other available activities.
Day 3 – You have a free morning and Afternoon to Explore
Guests services can help you plan day tours and excursions, such as an antebellum mansion tour.
Hands-On Lowcountry Cooking Class with Dinner
Join the chef in his downtown showcase kitchen, where you will work alongside him to prepare and enjoy a seasonal tasting menu inspired by farmers, fishermen and artisans of the Lowcountry. Don’t worry about your experience level, the chef will teach you tips and techniques to help build your confidence in the kitchen. This will be a fun and unique dinner party experience with every detail carefully crafted by the chef, even with tasting pours of sparkling white and red wines as you taste the dishes you and the chef have prepared together.
Day 4 – Check-Out and Departure
Time truly does fly when you are having fun, but you can extend your stay. You just need to let me know prior to check-in.
