Barcelona’s Food Markets & Michelin 2-Star Lunch – From Barcelona, Spain

Join your Culinary Arts Kitchen instructor for an insider’s tour of Barcelona’s chic food and wine scene.  Visit the Boqueria and Santa Caterina markets to familiarize yourself with the ingredients used by both Catelonian chefs in Barcelona’s nouvelle restaurants, as well as local chefs.  Sample and taste extra virgin olive oil.  Enjoy lunch at 2-star Michelin restaurant ABaC, and get an insiders look at the kitchen of famed Chef Jordi Cruz.

Chef Market Tour:  Cannolis & Lunch With Wines – From Taormina (Sicily), Italy

Accompany your chef instructor from the Culinary Arts Kitchen to visit the renowned fish and produce market in Catania, and learn how to make delicious cannoli from a Sicilian pastry master, and finish the day with lunch and a cooking demonstration at a famed Taormina restaurant with slow food Chef Turi.  Enjoy wines from Etna’s award-winning Benanti winery to be paired during your lunch by the winemaker himself for an authentically Sicilian wine-and-food experience.



Chef Market Tour:  Cannolis & Lunch – From Catania (Sicily), Italy

You will accompany your chef from the Culinary Arts Kitchen, and enjoy a short boat ride along the coastline of Rapallo.  Once you arrive, you will be greeted by Guido, a local culinary expert for tastings of the famous Ligurian olive oil, and a stroll through the local farmers market.  Later, you will travel to Recco for an unforgettable pasta making class with a true master, followed by lunch of local specialties and wines.


Chef Tour of Cadiz Market:  Tapas Lunch – From Seville (Cadiz), Spain

Accompany your chef from the Culinary Arts Kitchen for an enjoyable stroll through a traditional open-air fish and produce market in the Old Quarter.  This authentic market has the bounty of southern Spain’s land and sea and are meticulously displayed by the local vendors.  Enjoy a tapas lunch at historic El Chato along the seaside.  After lunch stroll around and learn why this charming port became the gateway to modern Mediterranean cuisine with the return of Christopher Columbus from the New World.


Chef Tour & Moroccan Cooking Class – From Casablanca, Morocco

Join this food focused tour with your Culinary Arts Kitchen Chef, as well as a local guide for an extraordinary look at the Central Market of Casablanca, followed by a visit to the ancient city’s famous olive market.  Scavenge with the chef for preserved lemons, rose water, argan oil and possibly even a tagine to use later during your Moroccan cooking class.  Enjoy mastering classic Moroccan dishes during your 90-minute onboard cooking class, and enjoy a festive lunch with your class and chef instructor.


Chef’s Favorites’ Roman Culinary Tour – From Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy

Today enjoy exploring Rome with the chef from the Culinary Arts Kitchen in a small group atmosphere.  Your first stop will be the Mercato Trionfale where you will be joined by a Roman chef for a tour of the market and some tastings along the way.  After a scenic drive through Rome, enjoy a cooking demonstration and lunch at the famed Camponeschi restaurant.  After lunch, enjoy a chef’s treasure hunt in the neighborhood for coffee and gelato.


Cooking Lesson & Lunch At A Family Taverna – From Rhodes, Greece

This area boasts more Michelin Chefs than anywhere else in the world.  Join a small group of “foodies” for an intimate behind-the-scenes look at this magical region of Spain.  Join your Culinary Arts Kitchen and a local culinary guide for a visit to an artisanal olive oil producer for a tour and tasting.  Travel to the magical stone-walled village of Madremanya for a cooking demonstration and luncheon by Chef Vincenc, recently voted amongst the top 5 Catalan chefs.  Taste four Catalan wines with your seven-course tasting menu.
