6 Days | 5 Nights
Day 1| Relax and settle into the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa for two nights in a Grand Club room – located on the club level floor with lavish amenities, such as VIP concierge service, unlimited tennis, full service spa, and a private lounge with continental breakfast and appetizers.
Day 2| Today experience scuba diving, golfing or hiking, and then indulge your appetite with a four-course dinner with private dining on the beach under the stars. Or dine at Tidepools in an open-air thatched hut, near a koi pond and waterfalls. Savor island-inspired cuisine with fresh greens from their own hydroponic garden, with fine dishes such as macadamia nut crusted mahi-mahi, coconut porterhouse steak and coffee cream brulee.
Day 3| Before your drive from Poipu to Princeville, make a stop at Kului’ula Shopping Village and stroll for bargains, and then experience the finest grass-fed beef burgers on the island at Bubba Burgers in business since the ’30s. Then arrive at The St. Regis Princeville Resort for three nights in a prince junior suite, with the St. Regis signature butler service.
Day 4| Today visit nearby Hanalei Town featuring local art and carvings from rare Hawaiian woods. Stop in for an island coffee or smoothie at Java Kai, cool your palate with gourmet ice cream at Pink’s Creamery, or enjoy a tropical shaved ice treat at Shave Ice Paradise. Continue to explore the historic town – from the Waioli Mission House to the taro fields at the base of the mountains. This evening, enjoy an exquisite tapas menu at Bar Acuda, with inspiring flavors from Italy, Southern France, Portugal and Spain. Begin with chilled tomato gazpacho or a roasted beet salad, then indulge in seared sea scallops, grilled lamb riblettes or local mahi-mahi.
Day 5-6| Today take an invigorating helicopter flight over Kauai’s magnificent landscapes, including Hanapepe Valley, Waimea Canyon, Hanalei Bay and Mount Waialeale’s crater – with steep walls and 3,000 foot waterfalls. Then return to your resort to enjoy live Hawaiian entertainment and performances by fire throwers, as you sip a signature Aloha Mary cocktail – a creative twist on the Bloody Mary, with a delicious blend of organic vodka and Clamato juice, adorned with guava wood-smoked sea salt. Then sadly the next day fly home.
